Are you using the Lee 175 grain mold? I use that as well. I powder coat, gas check and size mine to .323, my bore is .321, and load with 35 grains of Winchester 748 with a magnum primer to ensure no hang fires. Shoots real good.

I have 2 Steyr 88S rifles made in 1890. They are pretty much all matching, with original contour .321 barrels and were not sent to Turkey.
